  • Sissy Sherman Hudson is the U.S. Army Engineer Research and Development Center’s Director of Resource Management. Hudson came to ERDC from the Mississippi Valley Division where she served as the deputy of Resource Management. Hudson is responsible for planning, coordination and supervision of all matters pertaining to resource management which include ERDC operating budget, program and reimbursable, manpower and management analysis, and finance and accounting activities.

Research Civil Engineer Leonard Zabilansky works throughout the year with the students in the classroom; the student’s CRREL visit helps solidify the classroom instruction.   • The U.S. Army Engineer Research and Development Center’s Cold Regions Research and Engineering Laboratory once again anchored Hanover’s annual Occom Pond Party snow sculpture contest. Leading the CRREL crew (14+ family members) was Associate Technical Director Randy Hill, who created a Hungarian Horntail Dragon. Besides CRREL’s sculpture, there were two other snow sculptures and all three were declared winners. The Occom Pond Party is a family-oriented event during the Dartmouth College Winter Carnival.
