DALLAS, Texas - ERDC Geotechnical and Structures Laboratory (GSL) Information Technology Specialist Benita Abraham was recently selected as a 2011 Women of Color (WOC) Technology All-Star.
The WOC Science, Technology, Engineering and Mathematics (STEM) Conference, hosted by the Career Communication Group, recognizes women in the STEM fields and provides excellent opportunities for professional development, networking, and recruiting.
Technology All-Stars are accomplished women of color from mid-level to advanced stages of their career that have demonstrated excellence in the workplace and in their communities. Abraham was honored at a special recognition luncheon during the WOC STEM Conference, in Dallas, Texas, Nov. 3.
