Quincy Alexander, a research engineer at the U.S. Army Engineer Research Center (ERDC) and chief of the software engineering and informatics division at the Information Technology Lab (ITL) panels a discussion about recruiting diverse talent at an ERDC Day at Jackson State University. Alexander created the Inclusion Diversity Equity and Access (IDEA) Council at the U.S. Army Engineer Research and Development Center’s (ERDC) to bring awareness to common barriers to inclusion that are often found in the workplace.
