ERDC’s Field Research Facility holds groundbreaking ceremony for new annex
Dr. David Pittman, director of the U.S. Army Engineer Research and Development Center, spoke on the importance and value of the U.S. Army Corps of Engineer’s Field Research Facility in Duck, North Carolina, at a groundbreaking ceremony for the facility’s new annex building, April 6, 2021.
