Richard Rodgers is the U.S. Army Engineer Research and Development Center Liaison Officer to the U.S. Army Maneuver Support Center of Excellence. Rogers' Army experience encompasses; leadership in tactical units, leading education and development of training products for institutional classes and tactical units, and over 10 years’ experience supporting requirements development by leading design and execution of experiments and studies with the Army science & technology community as a member of the Maneuver Support Battle Laboratory. He has served on two developmental assignments in the HQDA staff and three years as a member of the OSD Deployable Force Protection Senior Steering Committee. ERDCinfo@usace.army.mil
