    CRREL partners with NHAS to bolster STEM education in the Upper Valley

    The U.S. Army Engineer and Research Development Center’s (ERDC) Cold Regions Research and Engineering Laboratory (CRREL) has partnered with the New Hampshire Academy of Science (NHAS) to increase STEM education opportunities for middle and high school students in the Upper Valley.

    Unmanned aerial system training with Hinds Community College a boost to USACE

    It’s not often that someone is credited with advancing an entire program within the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers (USACE), but Jenny Laird, the unmanned aerial systems (UAS) lead for the U.S. Army Engineer Research and Development Center’s (ERDC) Environmental Laboratory (EL), did just that by establishing the USACE UAS training program at Hinds Community College in Raymond, Mississippi, in conjunction with the ERDC Graduate Institute.
