SACRAMENTO, Calif. — ERDC's Construction Engineering Research Laboratory (CERL) and Environmental Laboratory (EL) joined forces to lead a training workshop for Low Impact Development (LID) at the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers Sacramento District Nov. 15–16.
The training included sessions on LID policy, site planning, LID best management practices, simulation and modeling, implementing LID on installations, and Leadership in Energy and Environmental Design and LID.
The workshop hosted more than 25 participants including engineers, Army master planners, inspectors and designers.
