HANOVER, N.H.--ERDC Cold Regions Research and Engineering Laboratory’s (CRREL) director and a representative of the Chilean Army recently signed an Information Exchange Agreement for extreme environments.

CRREL Director Dr. Robert Davis and Chilean Army Brig. Gen. Martínez Menanteau signed the agreement, which will allow the two armies to discuss areas of research and development and may lead to future collaborations.

During the signing, Brig. Gen. Menanteau indicated that his desire was to have substantive actions take place within the next 60 days.
