A team from the U.S. Army Engineer Research and Development Center (ERDC) Information Technology Laboratory (ITL) is working with the Defense Logistics Agency (DLA) to improve how the military plans and delivers construction materials and equipment. The effort – called Clarity – stands for “Class IV Activity Requirements Integration Taxonomy and it will continue through September 2026.
