Maj. Gen. Kimberly Colloton, deputy commanding general of the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers, presents Dr. David W. Pittman, Senior Executive Service (SES), with the Distinguished Civilian Service Medal during his retirement ceremony at ERDC.
