Maj. Gen. Kimberly Peeples administers the Oath of Office to Dr. Robert Moser, Nick Boone and Patricia Sullivan during a Senior Executive Service Induction Ceremony at the U.S. Army Engineer Research and Development Center (ERDC), where the inductees reaffirmed their commitment to serving the nation as leaders within the Department of Defense.
