Michael Deegan Ph.D., social scientist with the USACE Institute for Water Resources in Alexandria, Virginia, was selected as a participant for the ERDC University Class of 2023. His six-month project with ERDC's Environmental Laboratory will focus on researching watershed resilience in low-capacity communities.
