A team of researchers from the U.S. Army Engineer Research and Development Center’s Construction Engineering Research Laboratory and Oak Ridge Institute for Science and Education developed a suite of tools to assist project teams with a low-cost, energy-saving controls retrofit for multizone heating, ventilating and air conditioning (HVAC) systems.
