ERDC R&D underpins harmful algal bloom removal technology at Ohio demonstration
U.S. Army Engineer Research and Development Center’s (ERDC) Dr. Martin Page, operational water research team lead, listens as colleagues from AECOM describe the harmful algal bloom removal unit they developed with fellow industry partners Woolpert at an event at William H. Page led the ERDC team that developed the Harmful Algal Bloom Interception, Treatment, and Transformation System, the research project underpining the freshwater harmful algae removal technology showcased in Ohio. The event was hosted by the Ohio Department of Natural Resources H2Ohio Program.
