Keith Flowers is the deputy director of the U.S. Army Engineer Research and Development Center’s (ERDC) Coastal and Hydraulics Laboratory. Flowers volunteers with the Vicksburg-Warren County Chamber of Commerce and is passionate that volunteering and community involvement can make this hometown and the ERDC a better place.
