Vernessa Noye, a research computer scientist at the U.S. Army Engineer Research and Development Center’s Information Technology Laboratory, was honored with the Science Spectrum Trailblazer Award at the 2021 Black Engineer of the Year Awards Science, Technology, Engineering and Mathematics Conference.
