DeAnna Dixon, a civil engineer at the U.S. Army Engineer Research and Development Center’s Information Technology Laboratory, was honored as a Modern-Day Technology Leader at the 2021 Black Engineer of the Year Awards Science, Technology, Engineering and Mathematics Conference.
