Corps Little Rock District’s Payne selected for ERDC University

Research Civil Engineer Jarrell Smith briefed the participants at the ERDC’s Coastal and Hydraulics Laboratory, one of four ERDC laboratories located on the 700-acre campus in Vicksburg, Mississippi. Now in its fourth year, ERDC-U partners Corps division and district selectees with ERDC subject matter experts during six-month sessions sponsored by ERDC’s Office of Research and Technology Transfer and the Directorate of Human Capital.
