Corps Little Rock District’s Payne selected for ERDC University

Now in its fourth year, ERDC-U partners Corps division and district selectees with ERDC subject matter experts during six-month sessions sponsored by ERDC’s Office of Research and Technology Transfer and the Directorate of Human Capital.
