Multilateral Cold Regions Science and Engineering Workshop
HANOVER, N.H. (May 9, 2019) - Jeff Singleton, U.S. Army Director for Technology, addresses the 40-member group during the three-day Multilateral Cold Regions Science and Engineering Workshop hosted by the U.S. Army Engineer Research and Development Center's Cold Regions Research and Engineering Laboratory. Singleton is the principal planner, advisor and top-level coordinator for the Army Science and Technology program. He oversees the S&T programs for Basic Research, Applied Research and Advanced Technology Development Research and is responsible for investment strategy, prioritization, integration, program justification and coordination with stakeholders and Army senior leadership.
