Mr. Julian "Jules" Richmond, the U.S. Army Engineer Research and Development Center's International Research Office Executive Assistant, was recognized for 15 years of service to the U.S. Government during a recent visit to the IRO by Maj. Gen. Jeffrey L. Milhorn, U.S. Army Corps of Engineers, North Atlantic Division Commander. Jules has spent his entire 15-year Federal career with ERDC, working with four different IRO directors during that time. He provides continuity of operations for IRO by maintaining awareness and assisting in planning for all major engagements, communicating across the IRO professional network, and assisting in the identification of new cooperative opportunities. As a U.K. Local National, Jules is a consistent example of professionalism and positive attitude in service to the U.S. Government.
