FAIRBANKS, Alaska (Feb. 6, 2019) - Cold Regions Research and Engineering Laboratory's Gary Larsen explains the significance of thermokarst cave ice to Brig. Gen. Vincent F. Malone, Col. Daryl Harger, 1st Lt. Evan Harkins and Jared Sapp of the U.S. Army Combat Capabilities Development Command.
