VICKSBURG, Miss. (July 10, 2018)--Gen. Claudio Coscia Moura, chief of engineering and construction with the Brazilian Army, visited the U.S. Army Engineer Research and Development Center in Vicksburg, Mississippi this week to foster the relationship between ERDC and the Brazilian Army, to include the Military Personnel Exchange Program. Col. Alexandre Lopez Nogueira, deputy director of engineering material, and Col. Marcos Pecanha da Cruz, assistant to the chief of the department of engineering and construction, Brazilian Army, accompanied Moura, along with Theodore “Tab” Brown, regional business director, South Atlantic Division.
