ALEXANDRIA, Va. (March 31, 2018)--Donald J. Morgan, chief of the U.S. Army Research and Development Center’s Programs Office, retired from federal service March 31. Dr. Beth Fleming, ERDC deputy director, presided at the ceremony highlighting Morgan’s contributions to ERDC during his tenure. Morgan was joined at the ceremony by his wife and colleagues.
