Dr. Mark L Moran is the Technical Director for the Cold Regions Research and Engineering Laboratory of the the U.S. Army Engineer Research and Development Center. He is a Senior Science and Technology Manager aligned with Military Engineering and Geospatial Research and Engineering programs. Dr. Moran's primary focus is working with the research staff and management in the development of new reimbursable research.
