U.S. Army Engineer Research and Development Center Director Dr. David Pittman was excited to host Commissioner of Higher Education Dr. Glenn Boyce and Associate Commissioner for External Relations Paul Sumrall from Mississippi’s Institutions of Higher Learning at ERDC-Vicksburg. The first-time visitors to ERDC were in Vicksburg to explore increasing the size and scope of ERDC’s Graduate Institute, as well as research and technology transfer partnerships.
