GreenFILE is a freely accessible research database focusing on the relationship between human beings and the environment. Comprised of more than 600 scholarly and general interest titles, as well as government documents and reports, GreenFILE offers a unique perspective on the positive and negative ways humans affect the ecology. The total number of records is approximately 295,000, and full text is provided for more than 4,600 records from open access titles. Also included in GreenFILE is a 6,800-term Thesaurus.

EBSCO Publishing is proud to provide the LISTA database. This world-class bibliographic database covers librarianship, classification, information management, and more and indexes nearly 600 periodicals plus books, research reports, and proceedings; the abstracts are provided with full text. With coverage dating back to the mid-1960s, it is the oldest continuously produced database covering the field of information science.
Containing over 2.0 million bibliographic records, the NTIS Database is the preeminent resource for accessing the latest research sponsored by the United States and select foreign governments. The database represents billions of dollars in research. Contents include research reports, computer products, software, video cassettes, audio cassettes and more. The complete electronic file dates back to 1964. On average, NTIS has added over 60,000 new records per year to the Database over the past ten years. Most records include abstracts.

New articles by USDA researchers will be added almost daily, and older articles may be added if possible. There is no access fee for PubAg.

TRIS is produced and maintained by the Transportation Research Board at the National Academy of Sciences with sponsorship by State Departments of Transportation, the various administrations at the U.S. Department of Transportation, and other sponsors of TRB's core technical activities. The WBDG is the only web-based portal providing government and industry practitioners with one-stop access to up-to-date information on a wide range of building-related guidance, criteria, and technology from a "whole buildings" perspective. Currently organized into three major categories—Design Guidance, Project Management, and Operations & Maintenance—at the heart of the WBDG are Resource Pages, reductive summaries on particular topics. The Construction Criteria Database is an extensive electronic library of construction guide specifications, manuals, standards and many other essential criteria documents linked throughout the WBDG.
