Title: CRREL Sea Ice Research Center: Sharing recent results and group strategy

Presenter(s): Andy Davis, Taylor Hodgdon, Devin O'Connor, Matt Parno, Julie Parno, Christopher Polashenski and Brendan West

Abstract: The CRREL Sea Ice Research Center (SIRC) will provide an update on this year's sea ice cover, present an overview of the team's recent and ongoing projects, and discuss the group's strategy going forward. The intent is to educate our peers at the lab about the key questions in sea ice research, describe the research we are currently engaged in, and tell how we envision our group of sea ice scientists and applied mathematicians developing over the coming 5 years. We hope sharing our work will be interesting and enable us to collaborate better beyond the core group. More importantly, we promise there will be cookies.
