HANOVER, N.H.—ERDC Cold Regions Research and Engineering Laboratory (CRREL) engineers recently made significant contributions to the U.S. Arctic Research Commission report, “Oil Spills in Arctic Waters: An Introduction and Inventory of Research Activities and USARC Recommendations.”

The report was released by the presidentially-appointed chair of the U.S. Arctic Research Commission. The commission’s duties are to recommend an integrated national Arctic research policy and to assist in establishing a plan to implement the policy.
