Mission

The Family Readiness Program provides direct support to U.S. Army Engineer Research and Development Center families and support staff and general guidance for individual family readiness across seven geographically dispersed locations. The FRP supplies information, referral, outreach, and assistance to ERDC employees and their family members.

Purpose

  • Provides education, resources, and guidance
  • Identifies family needs
  • Offers a source of social support, morale building, and friendship
  • Serves as an information/communication conduit
  • Fosters connections and deepens camaraderie among employees and their family members
