Adam Sisco is working on both civil works and military engineering projects, researching weather-informed hydrologic predictions, reservoir operations and decision support in the Coastal and Hydraulics Laboratory’s Hydrologic Systems Branch at the U.S. Army Engineer Research and Development Center.
Dr. Orie Cecil is working on both civil works and military engineering projects, researching wind-driven surface phenomena and techniques for assuring warfighter and mission success for the in the Coastal and Hydraulics Laboratory’s Hydrologic Systems Branch at the U.S. Army Engineer Research and Development Center.
